Because PEEK(polyether ether ketone) plastic raw material resin has the above many advantages, so in the petrochemical industry, electronic and electrical, instrumentation, machinery and automobile, medical and health, aerospace, military nuclear energy and many other fields have been widely used. Now the more mature applications in China are: air compressor piston ring, thrust ring, choke ring, valve disc, bacteria valve, star wheel, sealing ring, ball valve seat, bearing cage, oil-free lubrication bearings, magnetic pump isolation sleeve, electrode, gear, screw, electromagnetic wire, radiation window protection, microwave digestion tank, wafer carrier and so on. Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin is a kind of special engineering plastic with excellent performance. PEEK resin was first applied in the aerospace field, replacing aluminum and other metal materials to manufacture various aircraft parts. In the automobile industry, PEEK resin has good friction resistance and mechanical properties. As a raw material for manufacturing engine inner cover, bearings, gaskets, seals, clutch ring and other parts manufactured by PEEK resin are widely used in the transmission, braking and air conditioning systems of automobiles.
