● Painting: Painting is one of the relatively inexpensive methods for improving the appearance and grade of products.It includes spray painting and powder coating.
● Electro-plating: is a method of coating a conductive material with a layer of metal by utilizing the principle of electrolysis. Besides conductive materials, electro-plating can also be applied to specially treated plastics. Electro-plating includes processes such as chrome plating, zinc plating, copper plating, and nickel plating,etc. The main purposes of electroplating are to prevent metal oxidation (such as rusting) and for decorative purposes.
● Ultrasonic welding: ultrasonic welding process uses high frequency mechanical sound waves to create molecular heat between thermoplastic materials. This will cause the plastic to melt and form a molecular bond between the parts. However, this needs to take into account the suitability of the product materials and the rationality of the product structure.
● Product assembly: ITTD can assemble the parts if needed. Simply supply all needed materials and ITTD will take care of the rest.Shipped them after Parts will be fully assembled.
